Hunan's premier innovation service platform for ASEAN, backed by provincial FTZ policy innovation, is dedicated to two-way empowerment and innovation. We catalyze strategic partnerships in investment, technology transfer, and industry synergy between Hunan and ASEAN, fostering a collaborative ecosystem of "industrial complementarity and shared benefits" across ASEAN countries.

The establishment of the Hunan-ASEAN Industrial Innovation Service Center is a direct response to the RCEP framework. It drives deeper integration between Hunan and ASEAN in tariff reduction and trade facilitation through a dedicated regional platform.

Leveraging the institutional innovations of the Pilot Free Trade Zone in investment liberalization, trade facilitation, and financial opening, the Center provides policy support for settled enterprises in cross-border settlement and foreign exchange management.
