we will complete the construction of the Hunan-ASEAN Industrial Supply-Demand Matching Database and the Key Industrial Chain Cooperation Project Pool, establish a technology transfer platform, and promote sci-tech achievement conversion services between Hunan and ASEAN. We will facilitate the application of Hunan-ASEAN technological achievements through mutual empowerment. Guided by the principle of "serving national strategies, promoting regional development, and deepening international cooperation," we will actively advance the alignment of Hunan's initiatives with the five-year economic development plans of ASEAN countries and enhance Hunan's participation in the China-Laos-Cambodia railway-land intermodal transport corridor construction.
